SHO RESTAURANT & BAR
The SHO restaurant, which made its debut last year with a recommendation from the Michelin Guide, has moved from Budapest to Tihany on Lake Balaton. We welcome guests on the breathtaking terrace of the Echo Residence under the name SHO TIHANY restaurant & fine csárda, which openly embraces the finest Hungarian ingredients and traditions of Hungarian cuisine. This time, the gastronomic concept is based on the best traditions of Balaton csárdas, while the terrace of the restaurant evokes the atmosphere of a beautiful Provencal villa.
Our kitchen creates dishes from the finest producers in Tihany, the Balaton Highlands, and the Káli Basin, while our drinks menu showcases the drinkable treasures of the region, allowing both the old SHO fans and new guests to indulge in the hedonistic world of SHO while enjoying the beautiful Balaton panorama.
